Meet your coach


Hey I’m Becca, your liberal running & strength coach.
I’m a UESCA certified run coach and a NASM certified personal trainer. I’m passionate about social justice, running, weight lifting, and eating as much pizza as humanly possible.
I see my athletes as whole humans and coach from a very holistic perspective. I place a big focus on mental health and developing mental skills to be a stronger runner.
Strength training was my first love. I have experience training clients virtually and in-person and it’s my goal to get you feeling confident in the gym (and maybe, just maybe having a little fun).
I’ve helped athletes hit new PRs in the mile, 5k, 10k, half marathon & marathon. I’ve also helped athletes hit new PRs in the gym, get their first unassisted pull-up, finally be able to do push-ups on their toes, and more.
I’m just as obsessed with your goals as you are and that’s why we’ll make such a great team. The focus is always on your goals and what you need to work on to achieve them.
