About
My Story
You're overwhelmed.
By the world, by your training, by life. It's everything. The injustice in the world a crushing weight on your chest.
And you feel guilty.
For even setting silly race goals at a time when people's existence is being made illegal.
I get it. Because I've been there.
I felt all those feelings. And still do some days. Until I started taking action.
And I realized that my goals weren't just ok to chase, it was VITAL that I didn't stop chasing them.
About a decade ago...
I had a bit of an awakening. And it happened to be right around the time I got into running.
I was raised conservative Christian. And it took Donald Trump to snap me out of the brainwashing.
And then George Floyd to really make me realize that I couldn't just be mad. I had to DO something.
During this time, running grounded me in a way nothing else did. Everything I had ever believed or been taught had suddenly changed.
Running gave me a focus. A goal. Something to work towards.
A way to shut my brain off for just a few hours every week.
Because everything falls away when I'm running. It's just me, the workout, and the pavement. Whether it's easy miles or grinding on the track, I am fully present.
And I truly think running kept me sane during a mentally tumultuous time.
I did the work. And continue to do it every day.
And now I help you do the work.
Running is my life. It means so much to me and I know it means the world to you as well.
Those feelings of guilt you have over signing up for your silly little races?
That just proves that you have empathy. That you're good inside.
But we don't have to give up our goals. And we can't. Because if they take our joy, we've truly lost.
But we can do focused advocacy work alongside our training. We can use our training to create mental space to continue the fight. And together, we can spark change.
So if you have big running goals and you care about basic human rights and truly want to do the work - you're in the right place my friend.




Five Pillars
I believe that you're more than just an athlete. You're a whole ass human and we need to look at the entire picture to reach your goals in a sustainable way. That means running, lifting, life, fueling, etc.
Fueling
You know that you need to fuel, but you're not sure how much or when, plus that mean voice in your head tells you to eat less, be smaller. Total mindfuck. Let's un-fuck it together so you can perform at your best.
Run
Obviously this is our favorite. Whatever your goals are, we're going to get you there. Through easy running & the right kind of speed work in the right doses -for you.
Advocacy
You care about basic human rights and that's why you're a good person. Now we'll take that to the next level and actually take action.
Lift
I want you to feel empowered in the gym and lift in a way that's going to support your running goals.
Mental Game
I mean this in a broad sense. Yes, we'll work on mental strategies for racing strong. But I also want you to be knowledgeable on your mental health can affect training.
